Dr Sridhar’s professional journey is marked by his transformative leadership in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, where he spent nearly 12 years holding critical roles, including Factory Head of India’s largest beverage plant in Goblej, Chennai and National Head of Supply Chain Transformation. During this tenure, he successfully implemented TPM across more than 25 plants, building organisational capability, improving operational efficiency and reducing costs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
