Shashikant Jambhulkar is a seasoned Community Development Specialist and Regional Development Manager with over 25 years of experience in Nagpur and across Maharashtra. He has consistently provided strategic, technical, and administrative support to public administration bodies, local government institutions, and development agencies. His expertise spans economic development, human resources strengthening, technical assistance, governance support, strategic planning, and program implementation.
As the President of Village Care Society (VCS), Nagpur, Jambhulkar has successfully initiated and led a wide range of livelihood, skill-building, and vocational education programs aimed at empowering vulnerable and underprivileged communities.
His key initiatives include training in bamboo articles and mat weaving, partnerships with QUEST Alliance, biodiversity-linked programs with the Maharashtra State Biodiversity Board, and vocational training frameworks under NVEQF.
He has also played a vital role in government missions such as PMKUVA and DAY-NULM, while expanding access to technology education through institutions like Renaissance College of Computer Science and collaboration with NIELIT and KVIC.
He currently serves as Rector of multiple educational and training institutions, including Center School of Nagpur, Sakya Junior College, Renaissance College, and Renaissance Institute. His work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive development, institution building, and sustainable community transformation.
Academically, he holds a Master of Arts in Labour Studies and postgraduate qualifications in History, Sociology, and Political Science from RTM Nagpur University. Mr. Jambhulkar is known for his leadership, communication excellence, partnership-building abilities, and strong dedication to social equity.
