Ambedkar Chamber Features Anil Kumar Mahato as an Esteemed Member of the Business and Affirmative Action Council (BAAC)
The Ambedkar Chamber of Commerce and Industry™ (ACCI) has featured Anil Kumar Mahato, Coordinator (CSR), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), as an esteemed Member of the Business and Affirmative Action Council (BAAC).
A Veteran of the Indian Army (Captain, Retd.), Anil Kumar Mahato served the nation for 33 years in the Corps of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering (EME) and is a proud recipient of the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Commendation Medal, recognising his distinguished service and leadership.
Following his military career, he served in key leadership positions across reputed institutions, including Ranbaxy as Manager (Warehouse) for Delhi and the Northern Region, and the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) as Manager (Administration).
For the past 15 years, Anil Kumar Mahato has been closely associated with RVNL’s CSR initiatives as Coordinator (CSR). During his tenure, RVNL received the National CSR Award (2019) from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, presented at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The company was also recognised for its best CSR performance in Aspirational Districts and received the Northern Region Best CSR Award, reflecting sustained and impactful community development efforts.
Beyond professional achievements, Anil Kumar Mahato has been closely associated with Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission for the last 54 years, and draws inspiration from Swami Vivekananda’s teachings on peace, harmony, and human welfare rooted in Vedanta and India’s ancient spiritual wisdom.
