Return&Refund Policy 

Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

DefinitionsFor the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Organisation (referred to as “the Organisation”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Ambedkar Chamber.
• Goods refer to the items, services, or resources offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to the Ambedkar Chamber, accessible from https://ambedkarchamber.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the organization or legal entity on whose behalf the Service is being used, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period ends 7 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party appointed by You (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear written statement. You may notify Us by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
• The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

Goods that cannot be returned include:

• Goods customized or personalized for You
• Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, deteriorate quickly, or have expired
• Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Goods should be sent to:

We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without actual receipt of Goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts

• If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.
• If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
